Add support for sensirion i2c SCD4x true co2/temperature/humidity sensor

It would be great if support for this sensor could be added as it would provide an option for high accuracy true co2 measurement. The sensor also provides temperature and humidity.

just wanted to add, I understand the functionality is simillir to the CCS811 sensor but that currently has a 52week lead time to order :(
