I do all of the steps and they appear to be successful. When I run vagrant provision I get a message "Shared folders that Chef requires are missing on the virtual machine..."
It suggests I run vagrant reload which I have already done 3 times. I continue to get this error message on vagrant provision. Typing into my Firefox URL http://localhost:8888 always just gives 'server not found.'
