I really need help, if anyone can tell me at least some basic debug steps to figure out where the problem might be I would really appreciate it.
I'm on Windows 8.1. I run Vagrant status and it says it is running and all looks fine from virtual box.
I open Firefox and go to http://localhost:8888 and it doesn't find anything. Please, ANY suggestions are appreciated. I have searched through forums, destroyed and reinstalled vagrant several times, tried vagrant 1.7.1 and 1.7.2., checked the bios (didn't see any settings relating to virtual machines), I don't know what else to try.
