Full - 
 - full conflict payload exchange
 - full delete conflict detection

Light
 - conflict payloads are not exchanged (you know theres a conflict, but
don't know the data)
 - deletes: if a initial item handshake determines the item was deleted on
either side, the item is just deleted. (but you loose version history for
further conflict detection on the deleted item)
