Change truck, create a new folder for core api and create a new folder for
each adapter.

mesh4x/trunk/Mesh4x
mesh4x/trunk/{Adapter}
mesh4x/trunk/{WebApp}

Move S3Adapter and SyncServer from spike to truck.
