Plugin won't discover the alarm! #5

Hi!

I was hoping someone could help me as I have recently installed the homebridge-securitas-direct plugin to integrate my alarm system, and can't manage to make it work.

My experience is very limited and I am therefore convinced I might have missed a step when installing it. I am currently using a Raspberry Pi as my Homebridge server. I installed the plugin using the default 'sudo npm install -g homebridge-securitas-direct' command, and then added the following to my config.json file, under 'Platforms':

{ "platform" : "securitas-direct", "name" : "Securitas Direct", "username": "XX", "password": "XX", "country": "XX", "installation": "XX", "pollInterval": 60 }

Whenever initiating Homebridge, homebridge-securitas-direct initiates just like any other platform would, however, once initiated it doesn't do anything else at all. Nor does anything show in the Home app. No new device is added for my alarm.

Am I missing a step when setting it up? Which Node version do I need for this plugin to run correctly? For reference, I use the 'old' version of the My Verisure app, and have tried using the API with my login details via the 'https://mob2217.securitasdirect.es:12010/WebService/ws.do' URL and worked without an issue.

I would appreciate if someone could help me!! Thanks :)

Thanks for reaching out! Do you have any errors in your logs? If auth fails, we should be able to tell from the log.

Thanks for the quick reply!! Nothing showed in the logs at all. Only the usual 'Loaded plugin: homebridge-securitas-direct (...) Registering platform 'homebridge-securitas-direct.securitas-direct' message showed. And then nothing else happened, no errors whatsoever.

I now reinstalled the plugin completely, and manage to have it show the alarm as an accessory in Homekit, but with 'No response', just like user 'artik' posted about on Nov 2020: https://i.imgur.com/WA77x9F.png (I'm using his screenshot for reference)

I'm on v 0.2.0 of the plugin, and everything is wired up via Ethernet. The system is constantly showing this: '[Securitas Direct] info Alarm: Getting current alarm state.'

I hope you can help :)

Also, allow me to add that Securitas is receiving all the requests, as they all show on the customer web interface:

Hello, I have the same issue my plugin just say "info Alarm: Getting current alarm state" and nothing else (For me the alarm button appear in the home app and when I use it, it doesn't work.). Can you help we ? Last thing when the plugin is started, HomeBridge say "This plugin slows down Homebridge.".
