added visual modifications , battery level mod, band names and changes to bandtable #10

Hi i added the visual modifications, band name and battery leven on screen made by Darren VE3XLT Github repo https://github.com/VE3XLT/si4732

i made changes in the band table to fill some gaps in the frecuencies, also i add the AVC function, not included in Darren sketch basically i merge the Darren sketch and the sketch by Ricardo

the battery mod requires 2 resistors with same value soldered to the positive wire in battery, pin A2 arduino and GND arduino

i hope that this sketch would be a improvement to the previous versions

thanks to Darren VE3XLT and Ricardo PU2CLR for their work and for give me inspiration

hi i added a new folder with the same sketch, but without battery mod and some fixes in AVC display
