Moving Nautilus filebrowser window on a touchscreen #695

It seems to be impossible to move Nautilus window on a touchscreen when using your finger. Moving windows works fine on a mouse or a stylus.

Tested on Hp Elitebook 1040 x360 g8 and Microsoft Surface Go 3.
