Show notification after succesfull "Check for system updates" #699

When user selects "Check for system updates" from desktop panel applet and configuration has been succesfully a notification about the result should be shown.

Currently check for updates is run by local admins to update client configuration. It would be better usability to tell the user when the operation is ready.
