Switching appearance style back to default leads to invalid theme selection #738

Switching appearance style (from gnome-control-center) to dark and then back to default leads to invalid theme selection. Switching back to default leaves trailing - to theme names and hence the Mother of all defaults is summoned.

Example: Yaru-dark -> Yaru-

This seems to be fixed and is included in the latest production images.
