When testing with my kiddo, I noticed a few things that are not working the same on the iPad. I haven't tested whether they are also present on safari.

The response from the previous question is highlighted when the new question is displayed.
The scoreboard highlighting isn't working correctly on responses. The first person to respond is highlighted but the rest are not.
CSS only
The avatars leave "tracks" when they move.
Occasionally the progress bar is displayed on top of the avatar. It often fixes itself on the next component update.
