Multiple edits #27

finally put a PR in for multiple edits that were orginally called out in this https://github.com/public-assembly/flexible-docs/pull/23#issuecomment-1488783844

  1. Updated where we describing what PlatformThemeRegistry.sol is / does
  2. Updated the directions around "connect to web3" flow + added another screenshot
  3. removed redundant lines regarding the need to add in input parameters + review your txn before submission
  4. changed the order of where the role definitions appeared (not sure if this is actually better)

one thing was not addressed is that the styling of the docs site still feels not-PA to me, but maybe thats fine.
