Putting this issue here even though its actually a cross issue over to the Flexible docs.
I think its totally fine linking out to the Flexible repo instead of duplicating instructions, but that repo in its current form could use a bit more instructions in how to get a copy of Flexible running locally (currently doesn't mention anything about .env variables, how design system works, mainnet/testnet, etc.)
