is "public: true," mandatory? #55

most fields in https://github.com/public-transport/friendly-public-transport-format/blob/master/spec/readme.md#journey are described as mandatory or optional.

public field is undescribed. It seems optional to me (I would assume that unless specified otherwise that friendly-public-transport-format describes public journeys).

I may make a PR after confirmation that this field was supposed to be optional.
