[x] add a smoke test
[ ] ~~use postgraphile.tags.json5 instead of inline SQL comments?~~
[x] shapes_aggregated.shape: "String cannot represent value [GeoJSON]" – probably the PostGIS plugin solves this
[ ] ~~expose route_type (and other enums) properly?~~ – breaking change, postponed
[x] expose timestamptz fields as ISO string?
[x] Connection.connectionId: generation & resolver?
