generate GTFS pathways data from OSM, transit datasets, etc. #16

Using the GTFS pathways extension, one can specify ways to get into stations, from one platform to another, etc. This will hopefully help a lot with accessibility & routing time computations. See https://github.com/google/transit/issues/108 for details.

Let's generate this data from OSM, which has some elevators, entrances and pathways through stations mapped, as well as other official and non-official transit data sources!

This Issue is intended to be a tracking issue, linking to other Issues or projects working on this.

This sounds related to https://github.com/ad-freiburg/pfaedle (Came across this issue again and realized that pfaedle is not actually related)

In the Open Transport Meetup opener was mentioned, and this time it seems to be actually related, though with a focus on accessibility.
