List Office holidays somewhere on About?

I have an email with the following:

        first: to confirm, the follow holidays are days off (on top of vacation days):         - New Year’s Day (Jan 1)         - Second day of Easter (the Monday after Easter)         - King’s Dag (April 27)         - Ascension (on a Thursday)         - Second day of Pentecost (the Monday after Pentecost)         - First and second day of Christmas (December 25 and 26)         - Liberation Day, every fifth year (5 May, the next one is in 2020)

However I don't know where we have this stated anywhere more official and publicly visible.

The same list is also in your contract. Is there a non-staff user need to know when the office is closed?

@Ainali and I are meeting to discuss publishing a public events calendar next week. We'll add this as a potential user need to our mix. If we publish a list of dates the office is closed, then we should link to it from here.

+1 for publishing list of days we are closed. We should probably also have out of office responses for those days? Can these be set for the whole domain at once?

Slightly related to this. Should we perhaps write a blogpost about when the office is closed for the upcoming holidays and also wish everyone happy holidays?

Me and @ElenaFdR just had a meeting talking about this and also on calendars in general. What needs do different people have of date related information and how can we serve it to them in a way that both meet those needs and don't causes us big overhead? We came up with that this, and some other repeating information that is of good use for us (and scheduling) should go into a page on about. We didn't see a need for advanced calendar functionality but can keep it relatively simple. I suggest we put this resource linked from The organization page, possibly in the second bullet point list and call the link Yearly wheel or Yearly overview.
