The Table of Contents is broken #69

The Table of Content on every page is not rendering for the about.publiccode.net.

What I did: rendered the about site and visited it on the web which have toc: true in their configuration

What I expected: the table of contents with links to subheadings for each page to display under the 'this resources' header

What happened: The table of contents are wholly missing on every page
