no fully qualified URLs in redirects #271

With the fully qualified URLs, the redirects can not be tested locally. With this change (git switch non-fully-qual-redir-urls) it can be tested with a script/serve.sh then by going to localhost:4000/team/alba-roza.html in a browser where it can be seen that it has been redirected to http://localhost:4000/who-we-are/former-team-members.html
