Guide to Replicating and Processing PDC Data

We could use a guide for those who want to consume PDC data, rather than host a server. Topics would include:

• the data API
• how replication works
• the schema
• signatures, timestamps, hashes, etc.

We could probably use an npm package for replicating data from an arbitrary PDC server.
