A complete update of Leslie's original instructions (found here) need to be updated:

[ ] Convert all mentions and screenshots of the TeachOSM tasking manager to Public Domain TM
[x] Add section to resolve #20

Removed section on pushing data to OSM. We will need separate documentation for this.

Updated version uploaded but not closing as it does not include updated graphics. It would be good to understand audience of this documentation before proceeding with further updates.
