Crop Image tool #445

Let's add a tool to crop images? I would imagine this would be done by 1) Use the boxselector interface or something similar looking like a dashed area select box. 2) When the user hits enter to crop, use the bounds of the box and check to see if any img bounds are contained within it (similar to boxselector again) 3) Unsure whats appropriate here any idea @jywarren ? Ideally it would be uncroppable again like on an iPhone picture. I think we would want to use clip path

We could do this with image-sequencer, but how do you think it should be stored/saved?
