We all at Public Lab 🎈 - learn, grow, work, brainstorm ideas, contribute together so why not share about our weekly goals and the awesome work we have done at Public Lab with each other, so we can support and collaborate with each other better. We have a Community Check-In each week, where every community member can share something about their work from the past week and about their current week's goal 🎯 . You are also welcome to share fun-fact 😄 , new ideas 💡 , your learning goals ☑️.

We believe in collaborative efforts to support our community. We are running a learning platform which helps a newcomer to become a leader of tomorrow. 💯

Fun check-in prompt @sagarpreet-chadha ! My hobbies now are less than before, mostly I just grow plants, but when times are more ordinary I like reading science fiction, dancing, and making silly puns. 🙂

Thanks @sagarpreet-chadha for opening the check-in :tada: I have with the whole-stay-at-home situation started reading books a lot which used to be one of my fav things when I was a kid :joy:

I have also started learning spanish on Duolingo because I literally find the language really captivating and interesting (interesante xD) maybe @alaxalves you can teach me something :stuck_out_tongue:

This week I focused on finding out some of the n+1 queries in the website and some other ways in which we can speed up our performance. I have also been improving on the Print template (with guidance from @ebarry Thanks!!)

@jywarren @cesswairimu I have to mention that my college classes will be starting from the 30th July so my availability might be a bit less but not less than what Outreachy expects out of us :sweat_smile: And most certainly I will try to make the most of it :smile:

I love taking documentary pictures and also love to watch short sci-fi movies on YouTube, or any other quick/short interesting movies. I don't like to follow movies with a lot of series.😆

Also remembering that I have not showed up on the weekly check-in for a few weeks now.

Usually want to look up some other notifications first then come back to the check-in later, but before you know it the next check-in is here. 🙈
