It looks like one more person in the national release reported having this issue. We have this person's contact information and can follow up @gretchengehrke could you try this again (after updating the app you have to its most current version) and if it still doesn't work let us know what phone you are using and what browser. this feels close to squashing! thanks!
The unique ID doesn't paste in the qualtrics space for me (I get an "autofill" menu that doesn't autofill with anything when I tap in it).
