Further discussion on QnA section for Outreachy #382

As discussed earlier in the issue #303 would like to know more on the qna section, if it is fine to link it in a new tab then will we still keep this part here as a preview for users ? IMG20220415230501

As suggested in the ideas list, you can move the Q&A section to a help menu.
