Edit login process to allow only active users #1815

Users logging in to the first time on MapKnitter must be active (neither banned nor moderated) on Public Lab.

Existing users on MapKnitter must be active on both MapKnitter and Public Lab to be able to login successfully.

Hi! I'm on Outreachy applicant and I was looking to contribute more so I can complete this phase and go to a next step I was asking for issues to @TildaDares and @jywarren. Can I colab to this project ? @PeculiarE
