Creation of Application Management Section under profile section #365

Let's see one similar website online.codingblocks.com for enhancing our CDAS It has an Authentication model like plots2: image I logged in to the website by any means. Then in the profile section, I have the following: image

like we have pl.org/profile/username Key feature under profile section is this page image A striking feature is the connection of many websites belonging to company codingblocks, see this page Hacker blocks website is analogous to the MK repo.

@jywarren do we need to create such section at plots2?

Yesterday I explored Mapmill.org and SpectralWorkbench.org. These two websites have similar openid problems. As we have these 3 websites linked to plots2, I think there may be a need to create such section under pl.org/profile/usernames. Please see the last image.

Important observations:

  1. Usernames are same for MK, Workbench, Mapmill and plots2 of same user
  2. No requirement of delinking of the user accounts required ever as per @jywarren suggestion of using only whitelisted apps. In case of providers we were cautious because Orkut flee away. But we are sure here sure about our repos. In case we have some corner case where we will require the delinking, then please tell?
