Ability to set "captive welcome page" in build recipe and docs #6

I'm thinking about different applications -- the default maybe should just be a directory listing from a given folder, but maybe we could start to think of a list of "apps" installed being displayed here. Like;

  1. "app" name
  2. URL (local or remote)
  3. some icon specified?
