Consider upgrading Etherpad Lite with CodiMD #5336

To have Markdown present all along the textual production chain, it could be interesting to check out https://github.com/codimd/server for a contemporary replacement of Etherpad Lite.

Hey Liz, please don't take the labels for granted signs of activity. Most of them are deprecated and have phased out. CodiMD is in use with many communities that I know. If you need references, I can compile a list of other instances.
