TRI overlay not working; EPA server refusing connection, overloaded or offline #8125

What happened just before the problem occurred? Or what problem could this idea solve?

TRI overlay on Public Lab maps appears to be broken.

I'm assuming you already know this, but in case not, I'm posting it as an issue!

What did you expect to see that you didn't?

I'm not sure! I haven't used it before.

Thanks for reporting @kgradow1 , Looks like @crisner also reported this in the Leaflet.EnvironmentalLayers repo back in February so i crosslisted this there. I'm also asking Sean in the #teamwork Slack channel which you can follow along with.

Hi all, I clarified this in the LEL issue, as TRI layer data source (EPA server) refusing connection with a CORS policy; actually overloaded or offline -- which is unfortunately probably just due to the current EPA being a hellhole.
