update filter pack instructions to account for red filters #19

in the mean time we have 200 in stock with the new red filters but no instructions. will stuff this 1/4 sheet inside and update before next production run. screen shot 2014-12-08 at 3 23 21 pm plots/retail/infragram/instructions/red-filter_sub.pdf

What I may do is offer the blue only kits on closeout for $8 just to get rid of the rest of them unless anyone has any other promotional idea for this.
