@shapironick, i'm catching up on this project today; could you give this a quick browse and see if I've forgotten anything big for the first version? I jotted it down quickly but can't immediately think of anything more:

Hey Jeff, Looks great. Added in just a couple little additions in green. Can't wait to get this thing off the ground!

I added notes for what's just planning or future proofing vs implementation. I guess we still need to make some scope decisions but this will be iterated with the developer a bit and can remain fluid for a bit, helping us in the planning process.

Great. Thanks, Jeff.

Hi, Nick - Melissa's asked us to compile all our current design work in a single document so she has a point of reference from which to work when reviewing the contract we'll sign. I thought we could copy back a lot of the decisions and details from Github into this page: http://publiclab.org/wiki/wherewebreathe-planning along with mockups etc. I'll hopefully be working on that on Monday, but also thought we could source from the doc you and Becki worked on.

Great! I'm not sure where to start on all of that and I'm sure you have a better sense of how that compiled list should hang together. Maybe ping me when you start wading in and I can join in and follow your lead?

I posted a draft - i'm asking our prospective web dev if it has enough info to work from. Some things like the disussion over "question sections" may have an effect on the development timeline, so it'd be great to make progress on those soon. I also have to do a front page mockup, but not yet sure if our WD needs that before we do a contract.

Thanks, Nick.

Looks great and most of it is way over my head. Let me know if we can change the link in that to the long survey. Or if there are specific things you want me to weigh in on as I'm not sure where it would be helpful to have me meddling.

The initial contract will be for the short survey because we haven't heard from Shannon about budget yet (she's quite busy), and we're already very close to a final contract and coding starting. But we'll come up with an extension to cover the full survey.
