create research team blog #118

@shapironick - can you create a blog at Wordpress.com which could be the Research Team Blog? This is the one where we don't allow comments but respond to emailed-in requests to build up a "FAQ" -- scrubbing peoples' personal info and asking their consent to republish, of course.

Once you create it, I'll create a subdomain at blog.wherewebreathe.org.

Original idea:

It would be great to have an open forum which did not require an account, but tough. Maybe if we respond to every request in the blog, "Dear Abby" style, there will be a searchable catalog of responses. If people email in about something that already has an answer, we just point them at the right page.
