Fantastic! Not sure I follow the externalness of blog and knowledge base. Does that mean that they go to the PL webpage? just wouldn't want them to get lost. Also shouldn't the header be visible before people sign up? so that they can check us out and see what we are about before giving up their email address. Also we should have an about page, right?

Yes, blog/KB would at this point be hosted on the PublicLab.org site.

Header i just put in a fairly random spot because it'll be consistent across all pages, but slightly different for logged-in users.

About page is fine but will be static so no big deal, hopefully!
