Allow VIN/HUDs to have dashes in on registration #41

This requires some potentially time consuming regular expressions, so I am putting off until higher priority work is done

For now, I have edited the placeholder text to say "E.g.: PFS877436 (please remove spaces and dashes)" to avoid going down the rabbit hole with complex regular expressions

Would you mind changing the HUD example by a digit? as its easily googleable to the identities. http://fematrailers-trailersofdoom.webs.com/judicialdespairforall.htm

They don't live there anymore and want their story public but perhaps best if we doing lead people to their identity by accident.

I think no dashes will probably be fine until we get a grant with lots of zeros
