should the knowledge base be a wiki page? #70

(From Jeff's odds and ends checklist at http://pad.publiclab.org/p/wherewebreathe, I thought it warrants its own thread) -- marked as "anyone can edit" -- a space to share. Or a curated page and a wiki page also

Im not sure how hard or easy this is to build. @jywarren, can you point me to libraries/code that we could use to implement this?

Would having a sentence welcoming anyone to send us info to be posted be sufficient/cheaper? Maybe allow the same kind of commenting that we will develope for our forum (we can reuse the code/logic)?

Ah, i just meant a wiki page on the Public Lab site. Let's hold on this as it'll be easy to do once we figure it out.
