circle graphs should be centered in their box; also more interior padding #82

at least 10px maybe 15px inside each ring; "Demographics" is too close to the outer ring. Maybe it's a special case just for that one long word? Maybe based on word length, we drop the font size 25%?

also larger circles by default? I think 3 max per row would be great? Thanks!
