moderation "Guidelines" page for facilitators #83

which addresses:

spam
tone (aggresive)
risks of certain kinds of personal information (location, accidental disclosures)
information about minors
personal information about others, consent
next steps if moderation of a comment or story doesn't solve the problem
moderators@wherewebreathe.org address
joining moderators/facilitators group

...with "playbook" for if things go wrong (this latter could be broken out into a separate doc if need be)

Left some comments; really key ones relate to banning process:

is there a process for this? if so, let's link to it or clearly describe it here.

[ ] Should multiple facilitators have to recommend?

[ ] Appeals process?

[ ] Transparency to user or rest of community about someone being banned?

[ ] What do users see if a post is removed?

[ ] A comment? A user?

Also:

[ ] How should we manage email privacy/security for facilitators? Could we set up a private email system or something? Or simply remind people not to send private information by email if possible?
