New front page text #86

Divided into "The Study" and "The Forum" -- and <150 words each. Preferably <100 words. Could source heavily from the 1-sentence lines in #84 however, and lead to the same "learn more about these options" page -- which i think should be the same /privacy page which should now be divided in 2 columns.

Sorry for the delay. I've put new front page text into the wiki http://publiclab.org/wiki/wherewebreathe Some formatting didn't make it in there so i've also put it in a google doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FFYqxCAAe3LXVZxoUh-wa7knyARTOPFc7p1Sa0eb2w4/edit

Hi guys, just sifting through issues and came across this one. Not sure if this text is ready to go up on the site, so am waiting on one of you to explicitly assign me the task of putting it up. :)

Heya, I'm still not familiar with the addendum contract y'all put together so best to wait to see what Jeff says are the priorities.

Also I'm used to writing long boring academic articles and not short, sweet and excited bits of text. Jeff is much better at that than me so I'm sure he'll have some nice refinements.
