emailing issues #91

Jeff and Melissa will figure out what's going on with lost emails

I think @mmmelissa was saying we need a server-side email system installed; like sendmail or another MTA. Our sysadmin Marco recommends exim - i can ask him to install it. (melissa is on break atm, however)

Sounds like a good idea. That would be fantastic if Marco could install it!
