Cannot add a person with same name

even though the entire information is different than another one but the name is same, this product still won't let me add, but in real life two person with same name is normal.

With reference to enhancement number 2 in planned enhancements, it is already planned that the detection of duplicate contacts/individuals would rely on more than one field, hence this behaviour is covered by a a planned enhancement
