Methodology from Elsa Fernandes:

1/ Choose a village on the coast, ie Chorao. Grab survey map from https://bhunaksha.goa.gov.in/bhunaksha/ 2/ Grab CZMP map for this area and overlay - this will include different codings including kazans https://czmp.ncscm.res.in/#main-map 3/ Grab Regional Plan for the area and overlay (#23) 4/ Check date of satellite map for that area

Then toggle between the different layers and notice conflicts, citing them for further study
