Integrate factchecker.in tileset #53

Theres a very interesting tileset put together by @pankhurikumar23 for https://factchecker.in/constituency-check/index.html that has various development indicators at a constituency level.

We can use the tilequery API to fetch these details and expose it for a selected constituency. Example query

Looking at the various stats, rather than absolute numbers, it might be easier for a user to grasp if indicators are shown as a percentile rank.

@pankhurikumar23 is this something you could add to the tileset?
