Remove wedeploy domains to rollback #420 and #510

This PR aims to flag a potentially unused block in the PSL, which might require the removal of WeDeploy domains to roll back #420 and #510 submitted by @henvic.

Currently awaiting confirmation from @henvic to determine if these entries can be safely removed from the PSL.

If no confirmation is received from the original requester within an extended timeframe, further checks will be conducted to identify other indicators to help maintainers decide whether to remove this block of entries.

I can confirm you can safely remove those PSL entries. The aforementioned domains stopped being used for over 5 years now while I was still providing services to Liferay. No need to do any further tests.
