.ss will soon allow .co.ss #2078

As well as allowing direct registration of .ss domains, it looks like nic.ss have announced .co.ss availability as well.

Does this warrant an update to the Public Suffix List?

I believe the TLD operator would have to submit these changes themselves. cc @simon-friedberger @groundcat

Registrars are promoting the launch of .co.ss domains, which are currently in the sunrise period. General availability will begin on November 1, 2024. I just sent an email to the ssNIC contacts to inform them about the PSL and its implications regarding cookie separation, etc., and invited them to submit a PR to add .co.ss to it, but it's up to them to take action.
