Setting and settings options do not adjust properly in “Author Box Editor” box when moving the box around the page.

Expected results: Setting in “Author Box Editor” should be aligned with the settings options when moving the box around the page. Actual results: Setting in “Author Box Editor” overlaps with the settings options when moving the box around the page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to WordPress site as admin.
2. Under admin menu, click “Authors”.
3. Click menu item “Author Boxes”.
4. “Author Boxes” page opens.
5. On the "Author Boxes" page click on "Simple List" box (as an example).
6. In the "Author Box Editor" box click the pointing up arrow to move the box or
7. Hover over "Author Box Editor" box. When a cursor becomes an arrow cross, click and drag the box around the page.
8. "Author Box Editor" box moves around the page.
9. There is no alignment between the settings (title, avatar, etc) and settings’ options in the “Author Box Preview” box.

@stevejburge Author box settings cannot fit on the sidebar. Should we remove ability to drag metabox on the author box settings page?
