Clarify "Mastodon HTML Tag" and "Mastodon Display" #1889

This is closely related to https://github.com/publishpress/PublishPress-Authors/issues/1794

Trying to set up a social icon, I had to change both "Mastodon HTML Tag" and "Mastodon Display". It's not quite clear enough what these do. And they probably should be grouped together Screenshot 2024-08-15 at 12 49 42 PM
