Support for Co-Authors Plus Code Snippet #895

There are a lot of themes out there that support the Co-Authors Plus code snippet.

Could we build a compatibility layer for this Co-Authors Plus line of code? It would make switching much easier for users

I installed Co-Authors Plus plugin and navigate around but couldn't see the referenced code snippet.
