Single column block docs #1147

@stevejburge I've realized we have undocumented settings for column block (singular) that allows to override some settings from Columns block (plural), such as width (from the selected layout).

@rizaardiyanto1412 I think a user asked before through WP forum about a way to set a different width for columns.
