A custom class is added to the paragraph in frontend, and this is linked to the custom CSS that should make the link white. However this class is not present when Blocks plugin is active. Sample class: wp-elements-c4d5ed5afd7f499d4a8f4a4263227579
Odd. After updating to WordPress 6.6 the issue is fixed.
To replicate this bug just make a paragraph with a URL/link and make the background black, text white and link white. The link will not be white, but still have the default link colour from the 2023-theme. If I disable the Block plugin the link with have the white color set in the paragraph.
